Does the Regaleira ticket come with a guide inside?
On four of the eight: Portuguese For a Day, Buendía, Tugatrips and Cooltour guide you through the estate. On the others the ticket gets you in and the well, tunnels and chapel are yours to find; the map at the gate is enough.
Does the tour book the Regaleira time slot?
Yes. Regaleira runs timed entry every 30 minutes, 09:00 to 16:30 in summer, with an hour of grace after the printed time. A tour with the ticket in the price holds the group’s slot; on your own you book it online.
Regaleira or Pena, if only one ticket?
Pena for the rooms and the view from the top; Regaleira for the Initiation Well, the tunnels and the gardens, with no queue for the rooms. The four main tours here do both; the four alternatives do Regaleira properly and Pena from the park or the terraces.
How long do you need at Regaleira?
